Pecha Kucha

Pecha Kucha is a Japanese term that sounds like the word for "chitchat". It is a presentation style that prevents long, boring, plagiarized blocks of words being read straight from the screen.

We have authored an entire workshop on Pecha Kucha with tertiary students in mind. But it can be modified for almost any age or proficiency group.

For all the materials and instruction for the workshop, click here.
Play the recording above to hear Heike Philp doing such a great job with a Pecha Kucha presentation about Pecha Kucha!

I just thought it was such a great example of PK that everyone should hear it.
